Frequently Asked Questions

How is your coffee sourced?

At Kaveh, we prioritize working with farmers and cooperatives who practice ethical and sustainable farming. We ensure our coffee is not only delicious but also supports fair wages and environmentally friendly practices.

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

We roast all our coffee to order, ensuring you receive the freshest beans possible. Once roasted, your coffee is shipped within 24-48 hours, so it reaches you at peak freshness for the ultimate coffee experience.

What grind size should I choose for my brewing method?

  • Espresso: Fine grind
  • Pour-over: Medium-fine grind
  • French Press: Coarse grind
  • Drip Coffee Maker: Medium grind
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you select the best grind size for your setup.

Do you offer subscriptions, and how do they work?

Yes, we offer flexible coffee subscriptions at Kaveh.coffee! Simply select your favorite coffee, choose how often you’d like it delivered, and enjoy hassle-free, automatic shipments. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription anytime.

The bag I recieved is puffy, is that normal?

Yes! After roasting, coffee beans start to release trapped CO2. This process is called de-gassing and happens most rapidly in the first few days after roasting. However, the beans will continue to release CO2 for several days to week. This is one indicator of freshly roasted coffee! You can simply squeeze the bag, and smell the gas release via the one - way valve on the back of your coffee bag.
