This coffee has been naturally washed through the Monsoon Season 🌨️. The Ratnagari Estate has been growing coffee since 1927, transitioning to an emphasis on specialty coffee experimentation in 2010. Since then, varieties grown at Ratnagiri include Catuai, Catimore, Cauvery, SL-9, and Hemavathi intercropped with fine pepper 🌶️.
This rare coffee has sweet earthy notes of peanut🥜 and green tea 🍵, with a strong spice aroma smell🫚. Expect bright fruit tones, a clean sweetness, and a smooth finish—a coffee that stands on its own without need for anything extra. I have been absolute obsessed with how we refined this roast and batch brewing as my daily drip at a 1:16 ratio!
